Pomorskie Tourist Board
- In order to meet new challenges and prepare our association for the next years of cooperation with PROT Members and Partners, in late 2023 and early 2024 the organization faced the task of defining the most important signposts on the path of the future. During many hours of workshops, meetings and consultations, we created a record of PROT’s Vision, Goals and Values.
- These three elements are inextricably linked and complement each other, creating a coherent image of our organization for both its employees and PROT’s partners and members.
- Together they are the foundation of our organizational strategy, guiding both long-term development and day-to-day operations.
- Our Vision provides an aspirational picture of the future we aspire to, Goals provide deep motivation and Values are central to our identity and operations.
