Pomorskie Tourist Board

The Pomorskie Tourist Board has been responsible for integrated promotional activities for the development and intensification of tourism to the Pomorskie region for 20 years. It has the form of an association, which was established in November 2003 on the initiative of 23 founding members.

    • To make Pomorskie a leading center of sustainable tourism in the Baltic Sea region, where cooperation and development of the tourism industry interacts with local heritage, natural environment and the needs of local residents.
    • To strive to achieve the role of a key coordinator that supports the industry, setting the organization’s path towards innovation and adaptation to international tourism trends.
    • Creating a strong and global tourism brand together with stakeholders, enabling the region’s unique values to be identified.
    • Making the organization a key source of inspiration and driving force for the regional tourism industry, by promoting self-improvement and creating synergies of activities.
    • Engaging partners in the organization’s operations, relying on high standards and demonstrating professionalism.

    • Strengthening and integrating the region’s tourism industry by fostering innovation, sustainable development and building mutual trust among key players in the sector.
    • To shape a strong and dynamically growing organization that is resilient to crisis situations, open to new challenges and socially responsible.
    • Aiming to create a work environment in which every team member is motivated to continuously develop their own competencies and encouraged to seek new solutions. This will make the organization’s role in the travel services market crucial.
    • Creating conditions for cooperation with external partners – the ability to create tourism products with the brand of the Pomorskie region as a leading center of sustainable tourism.
    • Strive to build a sense of responsibility in the organization’s employees, cultivate equality, i.e. fair treatment regardless of any differences, promote sincere communication, mutual respect and openness to constructive criticism.
    • To use the potential and leadership in the industry to build an organization that actively supports and develops tourism in the region, by engaging and providing the necessary tools.
