In 2024, inspectors from the famous Michelin Guide visited the Pomorskie Province for the first time. As a result of this visit, a star was awarded to the Arco by Paco Pérez restaurant in Gdańsk, and the first Green Star in Poland was awarded to the Eliksir restaurant. A total of 19 restaurants were awarded. In 2025, the experts returned to the region and brought good news: all the restaurants that had previously been awarded maintained their distinctions, and three new ones joined the list.
Pomorskie restaurants once again recognized by the Michelin Guide!
Michelin star for Arco by Paco Pérez
Gdańsk has distinguished itself on the gastronomic map – as many as 11 local restaurants have been included in the guide, which is a huge achievement. The greatest honor – a Michelin star – was awarded to Arco by Paco Pérez, confirming the highest quality of the cuisine served there.
Arco is located on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star in Gdańsk, offering breathtaking views of the city. This place offers sophisticated cuisine for gourmets, with tasting menus – both meat and vegetarian. An ideal choice for special occasions.
Right next to Arco is the Treinta y Tres restaurant, run by the same owner and using the same kitchen. It has been awarded the Bib Gourmand distinction, which indicates excellent quality at a reasonable price. It specializes in Spanish cuisine based on local and Iberian ingredients. The place is less formal but still elegant – perfect for social gatherings or romantic dinners.
Green Star and recommendation for Eliksir
The Eliksir restaurant has gone down in history as the first in Poland to receive a Michelin Green Star – an award given for a sustainable approach to gastronomy. This unique distinction, introduced in 2020, is only given to establishments that use environmentally friendly practices. Eliksir has gained recognition not only for its excellent cuisine, but also for its care for the environment – it recycles oil, uses leftovers such as citrus peels in liqueurs, and chooses suppliers who share similar values.
The restaurant is also famous for its unique approach to pairing food with cocktails – it is one of the pioneers of food pairing in Poland. A visit to Eliksir is a culinary journey full of taste surprises.
Pomorskie restaurants recognized by Michelin
Following Michelin’s culinary trail, you will be spoiled for choice – as many as 21 restaurants from Pomorskie have made it onto the prestigious list. Gdańsk leads the way – apart from Arco and Eliksir, it is worth visiting: Mercato (Hilton), Piwna47, Fino, Niesztuka, Ritz, True, Tygle, Treinta y Tres, and Hewelke. We particularly recommend Sztuczka, which won the title of Opening of the Year according to Michelin.
In Sopot, try the dishes at Fisherman, 1911 Restaurant, Vinissimo, Cafe Xander, and L’Entre Villes, as well as the newly added Petit Paris. In Gdynia, Butchery & Wine and Oberża 86 await you. Outside the Tri-City, it is worth visiting unique places such as Luneta & Lorneta Bistro Club in the Ciekocinko Palace and Solmarina in Wiślinka – true culinary gems of the region.
Congratulations to all restaurants!
