During the EUSBSR Annual Forum 2025 in Sopot, which took place on October 29–30, 2025, participants had the opportunity to learn about the offerings of selected local producers who are beneficiaries of the BASCIL project and part of the Pomorskie Taste—a culinary trail in the Pomorskie region.
Smaki Kaszub and Chwastowe Pole presented their products, offering tastings and substantive discussions about local traditions and opportunities for the development of culinary tourism based on regional values.
The presence of producers was an excellent opportunity for the international group of Forum participants to learn about the culinary heritage of Pomorskie, the importance of local products in promoting the region, and the role of culinary tourism in sustainable development strategies.
We are proud of the initiatives and achievements of all producers from our region.
